Move & Mend CPD

Practical wellbeing training for education professionals

Supporting children's wellbeing starts with supporting the adults around them.

Move & Mend CPD combines educational experience, wellbeing practice and an understanding of regulation, neurodiversity and behaviour to give staff practical strategies they can take straight back into the classroom.

Sessions are designed for real schools, real classrooms and real children, with approaches that are realistic to implement alongside the everyday demands of education.

Training That Makes Sense in the Classroom

Understanding why a child is struggling is important. Knowing what to do next is just as important.

Move & Mend training helps educators look beyond behaviour, understand the factors that can affect a child’s ability to engage and develop practical ways of supporting regulation, connection and emotional wellbeing.

Sessions can be adapted to your setting, staff team and priorities, rather than delivering the same presentation to every school.

Bespoke CPD

Your school is different. Your CPD can be too.

Sometimes an off-the-shelf workshop isn’t quite what a team needs.

Move & Mend can create bespoke training around the needs of your staff, pupils and setting. This might combine elements of regulation, SEND, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, trauma-informed practice, staff wellbeing or teaching and learning.

We can discuss what’s currently happening in your setting and build a session around the areas that would make the biggest difference.

We don't want staff leaving inspired for an afternoon. We want them leaving knowing what they can do differently tomorrow.
